OTM recently posted an excellent article on knee injuries. Part I covers ACL sprains and MCL spains while Part II covers the most common cartilage injuries in the knee.
"A torn meniscus can make squatting motions difficult and painful. Any torquing motions of the knee can also be painful making submissions like the triangle and omoplata your least favorite ones to attempt. Rubber guard work can also be uncomfortable to do with a torn meniscus." Read more...

CFG is always striving to give students the best learning environment. As our commitment to you, we have tweaked the schedule to allow for better instruction with a more focused curriculum. The new schedule for 2008 will start February 1st 2008.  The old schedule will stay posted online until the new one comes into effect.
